By scheduling or approving service, you agree to the Terms & Conditions outlined below.
1. General Service Agreement
APro Pressure Washing provides exterior cleaning services using industry-standard soft wash and pressure washing techniques. By hiring us, the client acknowledges that exterior cleaning involves water, cleaning solutions, and rinsing, and that some outcomes are influenced by the age, condition, and material of the surfaces being cleaned.
2. No Refund Policy
All services are final.
APro Pressure Washing does not offer refunds once a job has been completed. If the client has concerns, they must notify us within 24 hours so we can address them.
We do not refund due to:
- Plant reactions
- Cosmetic imperfections
- Pre-existing damage revealed during cleaning
- Stains that cannot be safely removed
- Water intrusion
- Customer dissatisfaction with results that are normal for the age/condition of surfaces
APro Pressure Washing reserves the right to determine whether a return visit is warranted.
3. We Are Not Responsible for Repairs
By scheduling service, the client agrees that APro Pressure Washing is not responsible for repairing, replacing, or paying for any part of the home, landscaping, or property that experiences issues during or after cleaning.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Landscaping, shrubs, grass, or plants
- Paint, caulk, or siding
- Windows, seals, screens, or trim
- Electrical fixtures, GFCI outlets, or lighting
- Roof shingles or granule loss
- Metal Roof Damage
- Brick, mortar, stone, or porous surfaces
- Rust, oxidation, or failing materials
- Driveways with pre-existing cracks or spalling
We do not pay for repairs, replacements, or third-party service calls of any kind.
4. Plant Sensitivity Disclaimer
We rinse landscaping before, during, and after the cleaning process. However, some plants may react to water exposure, weather conditions, heat stress, or cleaning solutions even when protected.
Clients understand that plant wilting, leaf drop, browning, or shock can occur naturally or be triggered by rinsing or environmental conditions.
APro Pressure Washing is not responsible for plant stress, cosmetic changes, or loss of vegetation.
5. Overspray & Incidental Exposure Disclaimer
Despite taking care to minimize it, overspray may occur on nearby surfaces due to wind or normal application.
This may include:
- Windows and trim
- Doors and painted surfaces
- Metal fixtures
- Patios, fences, walkways
- Outdoor furniture
- Landscaping
- Roofs
All surfaces are rinsed as part of the process, but we are not liable for cosmetic reactions, oxidation streaks, pre-existing deterioration, fading, or material failure revealed during cleaning.
6. Pre-Existing Damage
Clients acknowledge that exterior cleaning can expose or worsen wear, rot, failing paint, loose siding, warped trim, weak caulking, or oxidation that was already present.
APro Pressure Washing is not responsible for:
- Peeling or chipped paint
- Failing caulk or seals
- Cracked windows or brittle screens
- Rust stains
- Oxidation stripes on older siding
- Wood rot or water-damaged trim that becomes visible after cleaning
7. Window Rinse Disclaimer
We rinse windows only. We do not detail, wipe, or squeegee windows.
Minor spotting or streaking from natural drying is normal and does not indicate damage.
8. Water Intrusion Disclaimer
Moisture may enter areas such as:
- Door thresholds
- Brick weep holes
- Window tracks
- Garage doors
- Cracks in siding or trim
This is normal during exterior cleaning.
APro Pressure Washing is not responsible for interior or exterior water intrusion or related effects.
9. Electrical Fixtures & Lighting
Clients must ensure all exterior electrical outlets, lighting, and fixtures are:
- Weatherproof
- Functional
- Properly covered
- Safe for water exposure
We are not responsible for malfunctioning or non-weatherproof electrical components.
10. Access Requirements
Clients must ensure:
- Gates are unlocked
- Pets are secured
- Furniture or décor is moved away from surfaces
- Vehicles are moved from the driveway
- Water is turned on and accessible
If access is not provided, the appointment may be rescheduled.
11. Weather Delays
For safety reasons, appointments may be rescheduled due to:
- Lightning
- High winds
- Heavy rain
- Unsafe working conditions
12. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service.
A 3% processing fee applies to credit card payments.
Unpaid invoices may result in late fees and collection actions.
13. Satisfaction Policy
Clients must report concerns within 24 hours.
We will gladly review and determine if a return visit is appropriate. We do not return for issues related to:
- Pre-existing conditions
- Stains that cannot be safely removed
- Cosmetic limitations due to material age or condition
14. Neighbor Property Disclaimer
APro Pressure Washing is not responsible for overspray or water crossing property lines due to wind or normal cleaning conditions.
Client agrees to notify neighbors if needed prior to service.
15. Agreement of Terms
By scheduling service, approving a quote, or allowing work to begin, the client agrees to all Terms & Conditions listed above.
